Gooey Caramel Apple Monkey Pull Apart Bread made with biscuit dough, cinnamon apples, and rich caramel butter glaze for a warm, gooey dessert.

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups Granny Smith apples, chopped small
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuits (cut into pieces)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Optional: 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease bundt pan.
  2. Cut biscuits into quarters or sixths.
  3. Cook apples with cinnamon and sugar, then soften with butter and cool slightly.
  4. Mix apples with biscuit pieces and place into bundt pan.
  5. Pour brown sugar and melted butter mixture over top.
  6. Bake 28–32 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Cool 5 minutes, invert, and serve warm.
