  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 peaches, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease springform pan.
  2. Mix crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, butter. Press into pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla.
  4. Add eggs one by one.
  5. Stir in sour cream.
  6. Pour batter into pan and top with fruit.
  7. Bake 50–60 minutes until set.
  8. Cool, then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
