1 cup pecans
2 tbsp brown sugar
6 oz spinach leaves
1 1/2 cups strawberries
1/4 cup goat cheese or feta
balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add pecans and brown sugar, stirring until coated.
Cook until sugar caramelizes, about 3 minutes.
Spread on wax paper to cool.
Layer spinach, strawberries, cheese, and pecans in a bowl.
Add dressing just before serving and toss gently.
