2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup romaine lettuce
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup red onion
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp chipotle powder
Instructions
Mix spices and coat chicken evenly.
Cook chicken in skillet 5–7 minutes until 165°F internal temp.
Whisk sauce ingredients until smooth.
