Slow Cooker Baby Carrots with Honey and Brown Sugar is a simple and delicious glazed side dish made with tender carrots cooked in a sweet buttery sauce. Perfect for holidays or easy family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 pounds baby carrots
  • 1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add water and carrots to slow cooker.
  2. Top with brown sugar, honey, salt, and butter pieces.
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  4. Stir once halfway through cooking.
  5. Serve warm and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

  • Parsley can replace dill if preferred.
  • Best served fresh but can be reheated gently.
