  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground lamb, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix gently and form into medium-sized meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  5. Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Spread potatoes around the meatballs on the tray.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, turning potatoes halfway through.
  8. Ensure meatballs are fully cooked and golden brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
