  • 18.3 oz box chewy fudge brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 24 Reese’s peanut butter cups (full size or mini)
  • 1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 35 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Reese’s minis (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line muffin pans with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs until just combined.
  3. Place one Reese’s cup in each liner.
  4. Top with brownie batter.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes and cool completely.
  6. Beat butter, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Gradually add powdered sugar and milk until fluffy frosting forms.
  8. Pipe frosting onto cooled cupcakes.
  9. Top with Reese’s minis if desired.
