- 1/4 cup salted butter (melted and cooled)

- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons peach juice
- 2 cans peaches in juice (15-ounce)
- 1/4 cup salted butter (cold, cubed)
- 1/3 cup flour (for streusel)
- 1/3 cup sugar (for streusel)
- Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare muffin pan.
- Mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Whisk eggs, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, milk, and peach juice.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Drain and dice peaches; toss with flour.
- Fold peaches into batter.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
- Top with extra peaches and streusel topping.
