Parmesan Cloud Chicken Bombs are creamy baked chicken balls served in a rich Parmesan cheese sauce, perfect for a comforting dinner.

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Mix chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, and spices.
  3. Shape into balls and bake 20–25 minutes.
  4. Make roux with butter and flour.
  5. Add milk and whisk until thick.
  6. Stir in cheeses and seasoning.
  7. Pour sauce over baked chicken and broil 3–5 minutes.
  8. Serve with mashed potatoes and extra sauce.

Notes

  • Do not overmix chicken mixture.
  • Serve immediately for best texture.
