Oven chicken kabobs are an easy and flavorful baked chicken skewer recipe made with a simple herb marinade and oven-roasted to juicy perfection.

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • Wooden skewers (soaked)

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper to make marinade.
  2. Toss chicken cubes in marinade until fully coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  5. Thread chicken onto soaked skewers and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internally.
