5 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup beef broth
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
10 oz linguine
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
4 green onions, sliced
Instructions
Cook linguine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in brown sugar, beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry, then add to skillet and stir until sauce thickens (2–3 minutes).
Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly in sauce.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
