  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
