  • 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (for spicy cream sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (for spicy cream sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice (for spicy cream sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (for spicy cream sauce)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate flank steak with oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare spicy cream sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, honey, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Cook steak on a hot skillet or grill pan for 4–5 minutes per side until desired doneness. Rest and slice thinly.
  4. Divide cooked jasmine rice into bowls.
  5. Top with sliced steak, green onions, carrots, and cucumber.
  6. Drizzle with spicy cream sauce and serve immediately.
