20 oz double stuffed Golden Oreos
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
6.8 oz instant vanilla pudding mix (2 packets)
5 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
1 cup key lime juice
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Zest of 1 lime
Instructions
Crush Oreos into crumbs using a food processor. Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumbs.
Mix remaining crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9×13 dish.
Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in pudding mix.
Add 1 cup cream, mix, then another cup, then key lime juice until smooth. Reserve 2/3 cup mixture.
Spread cream cheese mixture over crust and top with reserved crumbs.
Whip remaining cream with powdered sugar until medium peaks form.
Fold part of whipped cream into reserved cream cheese mixture with lime zest and spread over crumbs.
Top with remaining whipped cream and chill at least 6 hours or overnight.
Notes
This dessert can also be frozen and served as a frozen treat.
Nilla wafer or graham cracker crust can be used instead (double crust recipe if substituting).
