4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pound green beans, trimmed
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
Roast sweet potatoes for 15 minutes.
Push sweet potatoes aside and add chicken and green beans to the pan.
Pour remaining marinade over everything.
