For the chicken and sauce
1.5 lb chicken breast, cubed
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
For the glaze
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp green onions
Instructions
Cut chicken into even 1-inch pieces.
Mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
Pour into crockpot with chicken and stir.
Cook on HIGH 3 hours or LOW 5–6 hours.
Remove chicken and simmer sauce in pan.
Mix cornstarch slurry and whisk into sauce until thick.
