Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 cups spiral pasta (cooked and cooled)
  • 18 oz imitation crab, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1/3 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried dill, crushed

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water until fully cooled.
  2. Dice celery, green pepper, onion, and chop parsley while pasta cooks.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ranch dressing, and crushed dried dill until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, imitation crab, and all diced vegetables.
  5. Pour dressing over mixture and gently fold until evenly coated.
  6. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

  • Rinsing pasta in cold water prevents it from becoming mushy.
  • Crushing dried dill enhances its flavor in the dressing.
  • For best results, chill overnight before serving.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
