2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove (minced)

4 large flour tortillas
2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
1/2 cup croutons (optional)

Instructions
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper to make Caesar dressing.
Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds.
