  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Toppings:
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
  • Optional: cilantro, balsamic glaze, red onion

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken in marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
