Golden Garlic Butter Biscuit Bites Stuffed with Melty Cheese Centers are soft, buttery pull-apart bites filled with gooey mozzarella. Brushed with a rich garlic herb butter and baked until golden, they make the perfect snack, appetizer, or party treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 cubes mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each piece of dough.
  4. Wrap the dough around the cheese, sealing tightly to form a ball.
  5. Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and parsley.
  7. Brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the tops.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm for the ultimate gooey cheese pull experience.

Notes

  • Seal the dough tightly to prevent cheese from leaking.
  • Best served fresh out of the oven while the cheese is still melted.
  • Pair with marinara sauce for dipping.
