  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
  2. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Rub chicken with olive oil, then coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Place chicken thighs skin-side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip skin-side up.
  7. Continue cooking for 10–14 minutes until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Rest chicken for 5 minutes after cooking.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
