  • 2 cups cooked white rice, chilled
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Green onions or parsley, chopped

Instructions

  5. Add chilled cooked rice and break apart any clumps, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil until evenly coated.
  7. Add scrambled eggs and gently combine.
