Ingredients
Scale
1/2 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 cups baby potatoes, halved
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
Preheat slow cooker on low heat and lightly coat the inside with cooking spray or oil.
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, and onion powder.
Add steak cubes and potatoes to the bowl and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture into foil packets or place directly into the slow cooker insert.
Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked through.
Carefully open packets if using foil and serve warm.
Notes
Add green beans or asparagus during the last hour of cooking for extra vegetables and color.
Swap sirloin with chicken breast for a lighter option while keeping the same garlic butter flavor.
