2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 small tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cilantro (optional)
Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Stir in honey, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes until combined.
Add shredded chicken and mix until fully coated. Heat 3–5 minutes.
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side.
Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
