Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese is a creamy, spicy, and comforting slow cooker pasta dish with tender chicken, buffalo sauce, and melted cheeses.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 jar buffalo wing sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups mozzarella
  • 1 cup cheddar
  • 1 tbsp seasoning blend
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in crockpot and season.
  2. Add cream cheese and buffalo sauce.
  3. Cook 4–5 hours on LOW or 2½–3 hours on HIGH.
  4. Shred chicken and mix.
  5. Add cream and cheeses, stir until smooth.
  6. Mix in cooked macaroni.
  7. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use hot buffalo sauce for more spice.
  • Store leftovers up to 3 days.
  • Top with green onions or blue cheese if desired.
