  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat chicken with mayonnaise.
  5. Press chicken into breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  6. Lightly spray air fryer basket and chicken.
  7. Cook 10 minutes, flip, spray again, then cook 5–7 minutes more.
  8. Rest chicken 3–5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Add lemon zest for extra flavor.
  • Cornflakes can replace panko for extra crunch.
  • Resting keeps chicken juicy.
