  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. Lower the heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.

  11. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
