Ingredients
Scale
4 cups peas (preferably Birds Eye)
1/2 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder until smooth. Season with pepper and fold in dill, reserving 2 tbsp for garnish.
Thaw frozen peas completely and pat dry. Transfer to a large bowl.
Pour dressing over peas and fold gently to coat evenly.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with reserved dill. Refrigerate at least 2 hours (or up to 24 hours) to meld flavors.
Notes
Ensure peas are dry to prevent watery salad.
The longer it chills, the stronger the horseradish flavor develops.
