1 small onion, chopped

1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brown beef with onion, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Mix soup, milk, and sour cream until smooth.
Layer beef in baking dish, then potatoes.
Pour sauce over potatoes evenly.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Cover and bake 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 more minutes until golden.
Rest and garnish with parsley before serving.
