2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1½ cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package frozen garlic toast
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in skillet until fully cooked (165°F), about 7–10 minutes, then dice.
In the same pan, melt butter, add cream, and stir in Parmesan cheese. Simmer until smooth and creamy.
Place frozen garlic toast on a baking sheet. Add mozzarella and cooked chicken on top. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes until melted and bubbly.
Drizzle warm Alfredo sauce over each piece and serve hot.
