  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 24 frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional toppings: pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, extra bacon, burger sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Bake tater tots until crispy.
  3. Cook beef and onion, then mix in ketchup and mustard.
  4. Shape tots in muffin tin and rebake to form cones.
  5. Mix beef with bacon and cheeses.
  6. Fill cones with mixture and bake until melted.
  7. Serve with toppings.
