Breakfast Protein Biscuits are fluffy, savory, and cheesy high-protein biscuits made with flour, Greek yogurt, eggs, and cheddar cheese, perfect for meal prep or a quick breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, eggs, and olive oil until smooth.
  5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
  6. Scoop dough into biscuit portions and place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and set.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
