A delicious and creamy Beef and Rotini dish cooked in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat. Cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Add uncooked rotini and stir. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 10–12 minutes until pasta is tender.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Serve warm, topped with parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Can be doubled for larger servings.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
  • Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days.
