1 lb ground beef
12 oz rotini pasta
4 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Heat olive oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat. Cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Add minced garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Add uncooked rotini and stir. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 10–12 minutes until pasta is tender.
