Quick and easy air fryer salmon patties that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 14.75 oz canned salmon
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedges and tartar sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Spray air fryer basket with oil spray.
  2. Mix salmon, egg, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
  3. Form into 4 patties.
  4. Place in air fryer and spray tops lightly.
  5. Cook at 390°F for 10–12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.

Notes

  • Remove bones and skin from canned salmon if present.
  • Pink salmon works best.
  • Do not overcrowd air fryer basket.
  • Can be frozen for later use.
