  • 500 g ground beef (80/20)
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 8 slices cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 16 pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat skillet or griddle until very hot.
  2. Divide beef into 8 equal portions and press onto tortillas.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Place beef-side down in skillet and press firmly.
  5. Cook until crispy, then flip and add cheese.
  6. Cook until cheese melts and tortilla is golden.
  7. Mix mayo, ketchup, and mustard for sauce.
  8. Top tacos with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and sauce.
  9. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
