Garlic Parmesan Crockpot Chicken and Potatoes is a comforting slow-cooked dish with tender chicken, baby potatoes, garlic, and Parmesan in a flavorful broth.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and halve potatoes; mince garlic.
  2. Season chicken with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add potatoes to crockpot, then chicken on top.
  4. Pour broth and add garlic and Parmesan.
  5. Cook on low 6–7 hours or high 3–4 hours until chicken reaches 165°F.

Notes

  • Do not lift lid during cooking.
