  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (for topping)
  • 1 cup provolone cheese
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (for crust)
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Marinate chicken for 2–3 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Combine ranch and parmesan for the creamy topping mixture.
  4. Mix panko, parmesan, garlic salt, paprika, parsley, and melted butter for the crust.
  5. Grill chicken for 12–15 minutes until partially cooked.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and spread ranch-parmesan mixture over each piece.
  7. Top with provolone cheese.
  8. Add breadcrumb mixture on top, pressing lightly.
  9. Broil for 3–5 minutes until golden and bubbling.
