Ingredients

  • 1 pound skinless salmon filet, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Season salmon cubes with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic to the salmon and toss to coat.
  3. Place a liner in the air fryer basket. Add salmon cubes and sauce, avoiding overcrowding.
  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5–7 minutes. No need to shake halfway; cook in batches if needed.
  5. Serve with favorite sides or on salads, drizzling remaining lemon garlic butter on top.
