This foolproof Air Fryer Chicken Breast recipe delivers tender, juicy, and flavorful chicken every time. Seasoned with a simple herb and spice paste, it’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or meal prep.

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine salt, oregano, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil in a small bowl to form a paste. Coat chicken breasts with the paste.
  2. Place chicken in air fryer basket and cook at 370°F for 10 minutes.
  3. Flip chicken and cook for an additional 4–8 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  4. Tent chicken with foil and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • If using Diamond Kosher Salt, increase salt to 1 teaspoon.
