  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  4. Coat chicken tenders in the mixture, then press into crushed Ritz crackers.
  5. Place on baking sheet spaced apart.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Let rest slightly before serving.
